Attending the Breathworks Living Well with Stress Programme will equip you with many mindfulness-based strategies and skills to help you manage stress in your life. The central skill you will learn is mindfulness – the ability to be present to each moment of life with a sense of wakefulness and initiative.
Over the eight weeks of the course, you will learn three different meditation practices and other tools to bring greater awareness to your everyday life.
The only requirement for joining the course is a willingness and commitment to engage fully with the programme, which will involve practice at home between sessions for 30 - 45 minutes a day.
